My mission is to change lives one home at a time with an organic approach to buying, selling, and funding real estate.

I’m Helena Jones-Kim, founder and CEO of Helena Jones-Kim Real Estate and Financial Services, providing the San Francisco Bay Area with expertise and excellence in all things real estate. I offer trusted support for real estate sales, purchases, and investments, as well as concrete financial guidance in creating wealth through real estate.

I am a highly accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in home financing, holding a degree from Cal State East Bay and an MBA from Saint Mary’s College. Over two decades in mortgage finance and real estate, I have consistently demonstrated excellence in my field.

In 2008, I founded HJLC Partners Inc., a woman-owned business focusing on community redevelopment in underserved areas. My leadership has led the company to successfully remodel over 50 homes in the Bay Area, highlighting my commitment to revitalizing communities.

I currently serve as a Senior Mortgage Banker at Rate Secure Mortgage a Division of Ameritrust. I am an integral part of a team with the loans and staff necessary for a seamless mortgage experience offering and fast closings.

My commitment extends from pre-approval to closing and beyond, providing ongoing support and ensuring that the home loan adapts to my client's changing circumstances.

I value maintaining a work-life balance and do so by hiking, dancing, running, traveling and playing with my beloved furry family members.
